Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KreyatiVox website, platform and related services (together, "KreyatiVox" or the "platform"), currently offered as a public beta.

By creating an account, applying as a Creator or Talent, or otherwise using KreyatiVox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the Admission & Verification Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policy referenced here or presented to you for a specific feature.

KreyatiVox is a platform that connects Creators, Talents, Business Partners, Studios and clients around audiovisual and creative projects. Its features may include public profiles, a talent and creator directory, project or service catalogs, content and portfolio display, and tools that help clients discover and reach out about Creators and Talents.

KreyatiVox is under active development. Not every feature described on the platform is necessarily available to every user at every time, and the platform may evolve, be limited, or be offered only in beta as described in Section 12.

To use certain parts of KreyatiVox, you must create an account. You may be able to sign in using an email address or through a third-party authentication provider, such as Google, as described in Section 9.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You must be old enough to have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, or have the authorization of a parent or legal representative where applicable.

A Creator, Talent, Business Partner or Studio profile is not created automatically by registering an account. It requires a separate application, which is subject to review as described in Section 6.

Detailed requirements for Creator and Talent applications — including identity verification, accuracy of professional information and standards of conduct — are set out in the Admission & Verification Terms, which form part of your agreement with KreyatiVox once you apply for or hold a Creator or Talent profile.

Any information you submit to KreyatiVox — including account details, applications, professional information and content on a profile — must be accurate and must not misrepresent who you are or what you offer.

You are responsible for keeping the information on your account and profile up to date. KreyatiVox may rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate information you submitted.

KreyatiVox may review applications, profiles and content submitted to the platform before or after they are published. This review is intended to check that submitted information is plausible and complete, and that an applicant meets the standards described in the Admission & Verification Terms; it is not a professional certification.

KreyatiVox may, at its discretion, request additional information, reject an application, decline to publish a profile or piece of content, temporarily limit an account, suspend an account, or remove a profile, in accordance with the Admission & Verification Terms and these Terms.

Approval or publication of a profile is not a guarantee, endorsement or certification of the quality, skill, reliability or professional performance of the Creator, Talent, Business Partner or Studio concerned. Clients remain responsible for their own evaluation before engaging with anyone found through the platform.

KreyatiVox may allow a client to express interest in, request, or be introduced to a Creator or Talent through the platform. Such a request is not, by itself, a confirmed engagement, a booking or a contract between the client and the Creator or Talent.

Where KreyatiVox facilitates an introduction or a request, the specific terms of any resulting collaboration — including scope, timing and any compensation — are confirmed separately and are not established by these Terms. KreyatiVox does not guarantee that a request will result in a completed project or that any particular outcome will occur.

You are responsible for the content you submit to KreyatiVox, including text, images, video, audio and other material used on a profile, application or elsewhere on the platform ("Submitted Content").

By submitting content to KreyatiVox, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and you grant KreyatiVox a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating the platform and presenting your profile or application, for as long as your account or profile remains active or as otherwise required to operate the service.

KreyatiVox may remove or decline to display Submitted Content that violates these Terms, the Admission & Verification Terms, or applicable law.

KreyatiVox and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the KreyatiVox platform, including its design, software, trademarks and branding, other than Submitted Content and any third-party material used under license.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KreyatiVox’s intellectual property to you, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Submitted Content to KreyatiVox beyond the license described in Section 8.

You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the KreyatiVox platform itself, except as permitted by applicable law.

When using KreyatiVox, you must not:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including a fabricated or AI-generated identity presented as a real person;
• use the platform to harass, threaten or defraud another user;
• attempt to circumvent identity verification, admission review or account security measures;
• interfere with the operation of the platform, including by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy or redistribute platform data or another user’s content beyond what these Terms or applicable law allow;
• use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.

A breach of this Section may result in the measures described in Section 6 and Section 13.

KreyatiVox’s Privacy Policy explains what personal data KreyatiVox may collect, how it is used, and the rights you may have over it. The Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with KreyatiVox and should be read alongside these Terms.

KreyatiVox may let you sign in or register using a third-party authentication provider, such as Google. When you do, that provider shares with KreyatiVox the basic account information described in the Privacy Policy, needed to create or identify your KreyatiVox account.

Your use of a third-party provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy. KreyatiVox is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services it integrates with.

KreyatiVox may also rely on other third-party services (for example, hosting or infrastructure providers) to operate the platform. These Terms govern your relationship with KreyatiVox and do not create a relationship between you and KreyatiVox’s service providers.

KreyatiVox is currently offered as a public beta and may change, be limited, be interrupted, or be expanded over time as new features are introduced. Features referenced on the platform may not all be available at every time.

KreyatiVox does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability.

You may stop using KreyatiVox and request closure of your account at any time, subject to the Privacy Policy regarding data retention after closure.

KreyatiVox may suspend or terminate your account or profile, in whole or in part, where you violate these Terms, the Admission & Verification Terms, or applicable law, or where continuing to provide the service to you would create a material risk to the platform, its users or third parties, in accordance with Section 6.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 15 and 16 — remain in effect after your account is closed.

KreyatiVox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KreyatiVox makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of profiles, applications or other content submitted by users.

KreyatiVox facilitates discovery of and introductions between clients and Creators or Talents; it is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome, quality or performance of, any collaboration or project arranged between users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KreyatiVox and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

KreyatiVox may update these Terms as its services evolve, new features are introduced, or new legal obligations arise. Where a change is material, KreyatiVox may notify users through the site, their account, or another appropriate means.

Continuing to use KreyatiVox after a change to these Terms takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
