KreyatiVox does not collect personal data simply because it may be useful one day. Data must have an identifiable purpose.

KreyatiVox follows these principles:

• limit access to people who genuinely need it;
• retain data only for as long as necessary;
• allow inaccurate information to be corrected;
• avoid important decisions based on unverified information;

The data collected depends on how a person uses the platform.

For Creators, Talents, Business Partners and Studios, KreyatiVox may process professional experience, skills, portfolios, works and projects, qualifications, CVs, references, represented organizations, services, declared equipment, proposed locations or facilities, availability, professional categories and KreyatiVox collaboration history.

For Creators, KreyatiVox may also use public activity information, including public social accounts, follower counts, public statistics, content categories, relevant public posts and information that helps confirm the authenticity of their activity.

People seeking to work with KreyatiVox may be subject to identity verification. KreyatiVox may request or process a legal name, date of birth where necessary, an official identity document, a photograph, information confirming that a document belongs to the person, information necessary to confirm real presence or existence, and the issuing country or jurisdiction.

The purpose is to confirm that an applicant exists, is who they claim to be, is not using a stolen identity, and is not presenting an artificial person as a real human being.

Identity verification does not give KreyatiVox the right to use identity documents for unrelated purposes without justification.

KreyatiVox may use processes intended to establish that a professional profile belongs to a real human being. These checks may include identity and presence verification, comparison of account and applicant information, impersonation detection, anti-fraud checks and checks intended to identify fully synthetic profiles.

Using AI as a professional tool does not prevent access to KreyatiVox. What is prohibited is using an artificial or synthetic identity to fraudulently present oneself as a verified real person.

When admitting certain professionals, KreyatiVox may review information necessary to protect clients, partners and collaborators, where lawful and genuinely necessary. This may include relevant background-check results, serious convictions, professional sanctions, known fraud incidents, relevant public information about serious conduct, and safety or integrity investigation results.

This data is especially sensitive. A rumor, unverified allegation or isolated online post must not automatically be treated as an established fact. Where information of this nature affects a decision, KreyatiVox may seek further information and allow the person concerned to challenge inaccurate information.

For an account representing a company or organization, KreyatiVox may collect its legal and trading name, business address, registration information, authorized representatives, business contacts, required tax or administrative information, payment information where necessary, information about goods or services offered, and documents confirming the organization’s existence and the representative’s authority.

Where payments are made through KreyatiVox, financial information may be processed directly by payment providers. KreyatiVox may receive payment status, amount, currency, transaction identifier, payment method, account-holder name where necessary, and refund or dispute information.

KreyatiVox should avoid directly retaining complete card or banking information when a specialized provider can process it instead.

When someone uses the platform, technical information may be collected automatically, including IP address, device type, browser, operating system, session identifiers, connection times, pages viewed, actions taken, technical events, error and crash reports, and information necessary for account security.

This information may be used to operate the service, detect technical problems, protect accounts and prevent abuse.

Not all data provided to KreyatiVox becomes public. A professional profile may display a professional name, profile photograph, description, portfolio, specialties, professional content, selected statistics and selected professional information.

Verification material does not become public simply because a profile is approved. This includes identity documents, private documents, banking data, verification information, detailed background-check results and internal safety information.

A verification badge or status may be displayed without publishing the documents used to obtain it.

KreyatiVox does not sell users’ personal data as a product to advertisers or data brokers.

Data may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, identity verification, fraud prevention, professional verification, payments, email delivery, file storage, technical analysis, security and user support. Providers must receive only the information necessary for their work.

When a user participates in a project, KreyatiVox may share the information necessary to organize the work. For example, a client may receive information about a Talent selected for a project.

This does not mean a client automatically receives an identity document, personal address, banking data, verification information, confidential documents or detailed background history. KreyatiVox should share the minimum information necessary.

KreyatiVox may be required to disclose information following a legally valid request from a competent authority. It may also use or disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, protect a person’s rights, investigate fraud, protect user safety or respond to valid legal process.

A request from a third party is not, by itself, enough to justify disclosure of private data.

KreyatiVox may use automated systems or AI tools to assist platform functions, including fraud detection, anomaly analysis, application classification, consistency checks, profile recommendations and detection of potentially abusive activity.

For important decisions about admission, suspension or exclusion, KreyatiVox should not treat the output of an automated system as conclusive proof. Human review may be used where a decision has significant consequences for the person concerned.

KreyatiVox should not retain personal data indefinitely without reason. Retention depends on the data type, purpose, account status, contractual relationship, accounting or legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs and the existence of a dispute.

Particularly sensitive information should have retention periods that are as limited as reasonably possible. When KreyatiVox no longer needs information, it may delete, anonymize or permanently de-identify it.

Identity documents should not be retained merely as a permanent archive of users. Where possible, KreyatiVox may retain the verification result, date, provider, reference identifier and profile status instead of a permanent copy of the document.

Where an external provider performs verification, its own privacy policy may also apply to that processing.

KreyatiVox takes reasonable measures intended to prevent unauthorized access or modification, loss, disclosure, fraudulent use and accidental destruction of personal data. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, separated access rights, logging of sensitive actions, backups, security monitoring and incident-response procedures.

No internet-connected system can guarantee that risk is absolutely zero.

An employee or collaborator of KreyatiVox must not be able to view sensitive data simply because they work for the platform. Access must depend on their role and genuine need to use the information. Identity and integrity verification information must be subject to stronger restrictions.

Subject to applicable law and legitimate exceptions, a person may ask KreyatiVox what personal data it holds about them, request access to certain data, correct or update inaccurate information, request deletion of certain data, close an account, receive information about data use, or request review of information used in an important decision.

Some information may need to be retained after account closure where required for legal, accounting, contractual, anti-fraud or judicial purposes.

A person who believes information used during verification is incorrect may request a review. They may report mistaken identity, an incorrect document, outdated information, confusion with another person, incorrect judicial information or an error in professional data.

KreyatiVox may request information needed to verify the requested correction.

Closing an account may lead to the progressive deletion or anonymization of certain data. It does not necessarily mean every item disappears immediately from every system.

Some data may temporarily remain in backups, financial archives, contractual documents, anti-fraud systems or where retention is required by law. It must not be reused for a new purpose incompatible with the reason for retention.

KreyatiVox may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for sign-in, security, session maintenance, preferences, service measurement and performance analysis.

Where law requires it, non-essential technologies may be subject to user choice or consent. A separate cookie policy may supplement this Privacy Policy.

KreyatiVox may integrate services run by other companies, including authentication, payments, storage, hosting, analytics, social networks, video services and professional tools.

When a user interacts directly with these services, their own privacy policies may apply. KreyatiVox does not thereby gain an unlimited right to use information obtained from them.

Some KreyatiVox technical providers may operate infrastructure outside a user’s country of residence. This may involve processing or storage in other jurisdictions.

Where international transfers occur, KreyatiVox should select providers and organize processing in a way compatible with applicable legal obligations and an appropriate level of data protection.

Where KreyatiVox services are available to people who have not reached the legal age required to enter certain commitments on their own, additional measures may be necessary. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, KreyatiVox may require parental or legal-representative authorization, that representative’s participation in a contract, or additional restrictions on accessible profiles or projects.

KreyatiVox must not knowingly use a minor’s data in a manner incompatible with applicable law.

KreyatiVox may change this Privacy Policy as its services evolve, new features are introduced, processing practices change or new legal obligations arise.

The date of the latest version will appear at the beginning of the document. Where a change is material, KreyatiVox may notify users through the site, their account or another appropriate means.
