Admission, verification and platform membership terms.

KreyatiVox works only with people and organizations whose identity, existence, professional information and conduct can be reasonably verified.

A profile must represent a real person or a real organization.

Creating a fictitious, synthetic or AI-generated identity in order to impersonate a real person is prohibited.

When an account represents a company, studio or other organization, at least one natural person responsible for that organization must be identified and verified.

Each applicant may be required to provide the information needed for KreyatiVox to confirm their identity. Verification may include:

• the applicant’s real identity;
• their age and legal capacity to enter into the required commitments;
• whether the person matches the documents submitted;
• the authenticity of the professional information provided;
• the legitimate existence of a company or studio where an account represents an organization;
• the authority of the person claiming to represent that organization.

Document forgery, identity theft or any attempt to circumvent the verification process may result in rejection or removal of a profile.

Creator and Talent profiles must belong to real people.

Artificial intelligence may be used as a work tool where permitted, but it may not be used to create a false identity, impersonate a person, or mislead KreyatiVox, its clients or the public about the real identity of an account holder.

A virtual person, fully synthetic avatar or artificially generated identity may not be presented as a verified human being.

All information provided during an application and displayed on a profile must be accurate. This includes, in particular:

• name and identity;
• qualifications;
• professional experience;
• past collaborations;
• organizations represented;
• declared equipment or facilities;
• rights in works presented;
• audience figures, statistics or performance used to substantiate professional capability.

Knowingly falsifying experience, qualifications, a portfolio, audience figures, a company, property or any other material information may result in rejection or removal of a profile.

Every person or organization working with KreyatiVox must meet a standard of conduct compatible with the trust that the platform, its clients and its partners must be able to place in them.

KreyatiVox may refuse or end a collaboration where serious and verifiable information shows conduct capable of endangering a person, client, partner, project or the platform’s reputation.

A single criticism, negative opinion, personal disagreement or rumor is not, on its own, sufficient grounds.

KreyatiVox may decline to work with a person convicted of serious criminal offences that are incompatible with the safety or trust required for a professional collaboration. This includes offences related to:

• sexual violence or rape;
• murder or intentional homicide;
• abduction or unlawful detention;
• trafficking or exploitation of people;
• sexual exploitation of minors;
• repeated serious violence;
• organized crime;
• organized criminal activity that endangers others;
• serious fraud or organized deception;
• serious corruption;
• money laundering;
• any other serious offence presenting a real risk to people, clients, partners or the platform.

The seriousness and nature of the facts, their relevance to the proposed collaboration and the available evidence may be considered.

An allegation, social-media publication or rumor will not automatically be treated as proof of guilt.

Where serious information requires review, KreyatiVox may pause an application or request additional information before making a decision.

A person must not be excluded on the basis of a record that:

• relates to someone else;
• results from mistaken identity;
• has been cancelled or invalidated;
• resulted in an acquittal;
• has been legally overturned;
• is contradicted by reliable evidence showing that the alleged facts are false.

An applicant must be able to report an error and provide the documents needed to clarify it.

Even without a criminal conviction, KreyatiVox may refuse or end a collaboration where serious and sufficiently established facts show, in particular:

• fraud;
• identity theft;
• repeated scams;
• serious harassment;
• credible threats;
• exploitation of vulnerable people;
• systematic document falsification;
• professional conduct that directly endangers clients or collaborators;
• use of the platform to facilitate illegal activity.

Any decision of this kind must rest on sufficiently reliable evidence, not on rumors alone.

A Business Partner or Studio must also demonstrate that:

• the organization genuinely exists;
• the people representing it are authorized to do so;
• the goods, locations, equipment or services offered genuinely exist where this is necessary to the activity;
• the commercial information provided is accurate;
• the organization complies with the legal obligations applicable to its activity.

Verifying an organization does not remove KreyatiVox’s responsibility to verify the people responsible for its account.

Initial approval of a profile is not permanent validation.

KreyatiVox may request renewed verification when a material element changes or when a serious issue is reported.

The account holder must keep essential information up to date.

Later discovery of information deliberately withheld during the application may lead to a reassessment of the profile.

KreyatiVox may:

• reject an application;
• request additional information;
• temporarily limit a profile during verification;
• suspend a collaboration;
• permanently remove a profile.

These measures may be taken where an applicant no longer meets these terms or where a material risk to the platform’s safety, integrity or trust has been established.

Where a decision relies on information that may be incorrect, the person concerned may request a review and provide documents or information to correct the record.

KreyatiVox may maintain its decision where, after review, the available information remains incompatible with the platform’s admission standards.

Documents and information obtained during verification must be used only for the purposes necessary for evaluation, safety, fraud prevention and the professional relationship.

Access to this information must be limited to people or service providers who need it for the verification process.

Sensitive information obtained during verification must not be made public merely because an application is rejected.

Acceptance on KreyatiVox carries an ongoing duty of integrity.

A Creator, Talent, Business Partner or Studio must continue to meet the platform’s standards for safety, authenticity, transparency and professional conduct throughout their presence on KreyatiVox.

Profile approval is therefore not a permanent right to work with the platform.
